Return Policy: Any customer may return their purchase for a full refund minus outgoing shipping costs. Products must be received by us in the original packaging and in good condition. We are also not responsible for shipping costs to return purchased items.

Payments: We accept Visa & Mastercard through Yahoo's secure shopping cart. We also accept Paypal as an alternative form of online payment (This is the only form of acceptable payment on Canadian orders, no credit cards). You may also place a phone order and pay by use of Personal Check or Money Order by calling 973-224-0848, please leave your name and number if you get our answering machine. We will call you back as soon as possible.

Shipments: We ship via USPS Mail and take much pride in getting our items out as quick as possible. All Canadian orders are sent via Air Parcel Post which also provides a quicker delivery. If there is a problem with filling your order, we will contact you immediately. If an order cannot be fulfilled in its entirety, we will ship your partial order and immediately refund you for any item that we could not provide.
